By using the Website, through registering, using a user account, or simply by being a website visitor, through purchase (when our separate Terms and Conditions for Purchase apply), or by confirming our separate Terms and Conditions for Sharing and Publishing of Posts when using the #Yes Neptune Skin hashtag, you acknowledge your understanding and agree to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the terms herein.
